Old Navy Coats question

Old Navy is having a good sale on coats right now but I was wondering if anyone knows if they tend to run small Im not sure what size to order. My daughters almost 5 and it says the XS in girls is ages 4-5 and S is ages 6-7, but since she is soo tall Im wondering if I should get the S?

I would get the small. My daughter is the same age and issue and we quit buying 4-5 just to get more use out of the clothes.

If I'm unsure I always order bigger

they run big on my kids.... As far as clothing. Idk about coats. Even my clothes run big from there. I'd go bigger regardless so she can wear it next year too.
