Sweating when crying

Is it normal for a baby I sweat a lot when they cry? My 3 month old does this but I don't remember my other daughter sweating at all and she was a summer baby but cried constantly. After a few minutes of crying she's drenched in sweat. She only sweats when she cries.

Is she on any medications? I dont think its bad, the only thing id be worried about is making sure she doesnt get dehydrated
