Did Counseling really help you? Please dont quote...vent

counseling is the best thing we ever did. we desperately need to go back because you need to do maintenance to keep it up.

I know how you feel. Some days I hope he doesnt answer when I call, i know it sounds awful. We are living apart right now and its making it so much worse. We haven't tlked since. Friday. Sorry for typos, I'm on my busted phone.

Yes, it saved our marriage. I wasn't really into it at first, and nothing changed, but after I was able to open up, it was really helpful. We learned to communicate better, and fight "better" lol.

That's really what we need...to learn how to communicate...he is kind of against counseling tho so its going to take convincing
