There is other kinds of oil you can use if you have high cholesterol, like canola oil, which is a good one to use for fryng

Um I have high cholesterol from genetics, not from bad eating habits. So don't act like you know smurf about it. Plus I RARELY fry anything.

I didn't say that or anything near that. My DOCTOR recommended EVOO. I asked how to make good fried chicken not for you all to be bitches.

Lol okay I'm sure eating fried chicken once every few months will be sure to kill me early. Even though I don't smoke, don't eat fast food, don't drink soda, eat only whole wheat bread/pasta, Smart Balance butter, Smart Balance milk, pretty much no sugar because it causes high triglycerides, no processed food, etc.

Yeah I'm bound to die any second now.
