Birthing plan and hospital bag, planned c section?

I'm 27 weeks, and since my first pregnancy was hectic, resulted in adoption, etc. this all feels like the first time to me. When did you guts (planned cesarean) write out your birthing plan and pack your bags. I know it's probably to early for me now, but I'm just curious. I want to be totally prepared so when this whole thing goes down, I can just relax. Also, am I supposed to preregister at the hospital I'm going to? Can I just go there and get a tour and ask questions as well? Sorry for all the questions. 12 weeks doesn't seem like enough time!

I wasn't intending on a c-section until baby was still breech at 38 weeks. I wrote out a birth plan and packed my bag the night before. I didn't pre register, but it was a small hospital so I didn't feel I needed to. SO and I did the birthing class around 30 weeks and had our tour then.

my first was an emergency c-section. I packe dmy bag at 28 weeks. She came at 37 weeks. I had no birth plan. lol I liked my hospital's policy. This time is a c-section again and I have just now started packing at 33 weeks.
