The story behind the ring:
My husband was deploying and I was pregnant, he kept calling me his fiance, and I would always correct him and say "We're just dating."...my friends kept telling me he was going to ask me to marry him, and I didn't believe them. The day he was flying out 9/21/2010 he and I were with our families at the base, and he turned to me and he said, "I'm so lucky to have a fiance like you." as I started to correct him he got down on one knee and said, "I want to make this whole fiance thing official." I started crying and the ring was perfect, it has tons of little diamonds, I've never been into crazy huge rings, but to me it was beautiful because of it's simplicity.

I got engaged May 29, 2010! My husband is from Australia and I'm from Utah... So, we both had flew to see each other... I was in Australia for the whole month of May visiting. My husband loves the beach and I've always loved it the couple of times I've gone. Haha. The first day in Australia he took me to the beach and we climbing the rocks! I really enjoyed it! On the 29th he took me back to the rocks and proposed to me there. My husband is not a shy guy at all. Hardly get nervous, but he was sooo nervous to propose. I knew it was coming by how nervous he was getting! It was cute!

My name is Sandra. I got engaged at 2 am on april fools day. I asked/told my bf if it would be nice if we got married on our 3 year anniversary. he asked how far it was and i said 6 months and he said ok lets do it. i looked at my phone and yelled "if this is a joke im going to punch you" lol. That day we went ring shopping and when we got in the car he turned to me and said " Sandy, these last 2 years have been the best years of my life and i want to spend the rest of my life with you, will you marry me? " I yelled yes of course because i wanted to marry this man the moment we started dating. I announced our engagement that day but NO ONE believed us because they thought it was an april fools joke ha ha except my family of course. we got married on October 11th 2008 and still going strong =)

i want to enter but this ring is like a promise that we will get married one day. can i still enter?

I'm Leah & my SO is Jon (Jonanthan) before having our son i was sitting on the couch he walks over to me and tells me i love you so much and here is this ring i promise we will get married.

My name is Krystle. His name is Chase. We got engaged September 23, 2011 at Detroit Tigers vs Baltimore Orioles game   We got married October 12, 2012! (10 12 2012...he thought it was fun to say lol)My husband and I are die hard Detroit Tigers Fans and he couldnt have picked a better place. We were planning to go to this game with a HUGE group of friends. Much to my surprise they ALL knew he planned to propose then! Im still shocked no one slipped up! I was told we were going for our friends birthday dumb me our friends birthday was in August and we had alrdy celebrated with a get together at his house lol. Well in the middle of the game my friend and i were getting up to go to get some drinks and i looked around (not in the direction of my then boyfriend) and i noticed a lot of ppl looking at us smiling i was really confused and then my friend wouldnt move out of the aisle she looked at me and smiled and nodded her head for me to turn around and there he was on his knee with this gorgeous ring that he had had made just for me! We had looked at rings before and there was a few i liked and being him he decided to take each thing i liked the most from each ring and put them all into one ring!

Allowed to enter two rings?!

Well I don't have the most awesome ring or story, but here goes! My SO proposed to me in front of our friends on just a random night not too long before finding out I was pregnant. We have been engaged since 12/31/2011 and are finally getting married this November!

I was just getting home from a two week trip to visit my parents. He was supposed to still be at work when I came home. I got in the house and it was spotless. There were the most beautiful flowers on the table with chocolates and a card.
I read the card, it was very sweet. On the back there was a flap that said, "OPEN ME"
As I opened it I read "Will you marry me?" and he came out. Kind of scared me a little and I was in shock. I knew we were wanting to get married but it completely surprised me.
In my emotional state I asked if he was serious, lol. Then as I hugged him I asked him if he had asked my daddy's permission. He said yes, of course. It was silly and great.
