Final choices for a middle name

Little girl is due in a month and we're still debating a middle name. We initially chose Willow, named after my grandmother (her name is Willow Dean, like "Mary Kate") but then decided to look for something else. My husband loves the name Olivia and I like it too, but I think I'm leaning more towards Willow.. mainly because it has some meaning behind it but I also really like Olivia. What do y'all think?
Charlotte Willow or Charlotte Olivia?

Hmm... Depends on what the last name is I guess, kinda hasta flow all together  

I like Charlotte Willow better.

I'm on the Willow bandwagon. I've never liked the name Olivia.

Sorry, I should've mentioned that. The last name is Pasquill (pronounced like Pass-kwell)

Ha! I actually had Caroline on the list until I realized it sounded so close to Charlotte Carolina like that state lol.
