Need support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

posted 11th Nov
My pressures crept up over night, last one was 155/90 in hospital since Friday, protein in urine, and swollen so the dr came in and said she thinks today is the day they'll be taking her and not to eat or drink anything...scared....hoping Natalie will not need any NICU time but prepared for that just in case...I am 35 weeks 2 days now...need encouragement/thoughts/prayers ladies this is unexpected.

Not trying to scare you, but be prepared for a bit of a hospital stay. They automatically keep babies under a certain weight (they do around here anyway). Wishing you all the best. I'm sure everything will be fine!

My daughter was born at 35 weeks. She didn't need any NICU time at all. They just kept an eye on her for 24 hours in the nursery...and that was it. She only had a little trouble sucking but she quickly caught on. Each baby is different...but I honestly think yours will need little to no NICU time.

A friend if mine just had her little girl at 34 weeks.. She was 4 lbs and beautiful. She was breathing on her own and all. You will do just fine!

Update: Well after much debate they decided to try to wait it out until Friday when she is 36 weeks which is a relief to me because I want her to bake as long as she can, my pressure is still somewhat high but not as high as the original reading hanging out around 140/85, they told me I 100 percent have pre-eclampsia but it's a waiting game dr is hoping I make it until Friday and me too! Thanks for the support ladies

Will keep you in my prayers. I had two perfectly healthy 36 weekers. Neither required any NICU time. I didnt have steroid shots with either child.
