BG needs a WTF catagory. Please help.

Ok, my beta Friday was 44. It took the full 3 mins to come up "pregnant" on a digital. 48 hours later, after heavy bleeding, I took one again (I'm a gluten for punishment), and it came up "pregnant" in about a minute. I'm also really nauseous. 48 hours after a beta of 44, shouldn't my hcg have dropped enough to cause a negative on a digital? Why do I do this smurf to myself? As soon as the family is up I'm going to have my beta drawn. I can't wait til Monday. This is excruciating.
