I think maybe it could be time?

I was sleeping. got woke up to some contractions. Hard to explain, these ones made me slightly crampy where his head is. I got up for 5 mins to change position, thinkin fake labor. still there. now sitting in bed not timing yet. still getting tummy tightening and mild cramping. these contractions seem stronger than ever tighter and longer....Uh what should I do now keep timing?

Yep! Keep timing them or begin doing so, if laying down doesn't help & they stay consistent then i'd go to L&D or call your midwife

not smurffin you. its like every 5 mins i get one. standing and the pressure seems a lil less and not all are always 30 seconds long. Im 38w 4d . 5cm dilated 70 percent effaced. these are different cuz I feel more pressure where his head is.

I would call L&D and see what they say. If you are getting them every 5 minutes and you are already 5cm dilated you probably should go ahead and go in

Thanks for answering and hanging with me. I am going to call soon. My BH this past week have been 1 every ten mins. these are not omg painful, but like I said feel much stronger. tighter pressure in my lower pelvis walking and rocking are not stopping them neither is chillin siting up in bed. once it hits 1 hour of this. Im goin to wake DH. should I try a bath too? Im worried its still false labor possibly. im not in pain yet either

yeah I would take a shower or bath, that sounds nice  

Definitely hydrate, take a bath and keep timing. Good Luck mama  

Good luck!! My beginning contractions were not really painful but super strong and came with a lot of pressure. Hope this is it forr you!!

Ahh best of luck mama!!! I am so happy for you   Sounds like its def for real. Keep a close eye on yourself if your already 5 cm. Are you pretty close to the hospital? Weren't you saying that you were gonna have to have a c section?

Hope your are in labor or had your little on already!!!
