Teething and stuffy nose

DD is 5 months and has been showing signs of teething lately. She wants to put everything in her mouth and chew on it. Her hands are constantly in her mouth (She has lots of teethers, but when she's not using them, it's her hands). Can't see or feel teeth yet, but I'm sure they'll be here soon.
Anyway, for the past week and a half or two weeks, her nose has been stuffy. It will seem like it's getting better, then be stuffy again  
My poor baby has a hell of a time nursing sometimes because of it. I use the booger sucker and that helps but she hates it. Also use saline.
Is this connected to teething? Did anyone's baby have a stuffy nose while teething?

You can wet socks in luke warm water, wrong and cover with wool or fleece at night. Helps with the stuffiness.
