Feel Swollen

Since having my son (I'm almost 7 weeks PP) I have had a rough horsiness to my voice, kind of like i'm getting sick but i'm not. And the very base of my throat like right above my collar bones feels tight and kind of like it's swollen. It's not an all day thing, but it's pretty constant through out the day.
Anyone experience this?
Do you think I should maybe wait it out just a bit more, or make an appointment with a throat doctor?
