A little late but "Labor Story"

So Im about a week late but heres my labor story!!!

Contractions started to get close together 8 am on Nov 2nd, I went shopping with my SIL and since I had a doctors appointment at 11 I decided to go ahead and go to that. Doctor checked me at that appointment and I was 3 cm's, he told me to go for a walk than check into the hospital. So we went to the mall, had some lunch and than got every body together and headed in. However when I got there I hadnt progressed at all! So they discharged me at 3 pm.
So I went to wal mart and walked for another hour ( contractions at this point are 3 mins apart and pretty uncomfortable) than went home and made my DD dinner had a piece of toast myself.
Contractions were getting really close and very painful, so I took a hot shower. When I got out the contractions were about a minute apart so I told hubby we needed to go in because I couldnt handle them any more. By the time we got to the hospital I couldnt walk so hubby took me in the wheel chair up to L and D I checked in and got changed and settled into a room.
At 10:15 was checked by nurse 7 cm's Contractions 1 min apart lasting a minute each.
10:30 finally got IV in ( GBS+) asked for something for pain so nurse checked me again 9 CM's!!!
10:45 Water broke, no time for pain meds doctor got there just in time I feel like I need to push!
10:54 baby born cord wrapped 3 times around his neck and 1 true knot!!
My miracle baby was 6 pounds 4 ounces, 19.5 inches!!!

aw i'm glad your baby was okay that's scary! seems like a pretty smooth labor i hope i'm that lucky >.<

It was so fast, I think I set a record! I would wish that labor on every pregnant lady! All except the cord wrapped and the true knot.
The down side to being that fast though is there was no time to take pictures or video tape, but Ill always remember it.

With my son I had my last doctor appointment on Monday and was about 3 1/2 cm dilated. Tuesday around lunchtime I started having contractions randomly. Just before 8 they were getting closer and more regular so we went to the hospital and I was still 3 1/2. So I walked the halls at the hospital until 9:30 and hadn't progressed any so they sent me home. We got food on the way home and then I took a shower and when I got out of the shower the contractions we strong enough that I couldn't walk through them so we went back to the hospital and got there about 11:30. They checked me and I was almost 5 so they admitted me and got an IV started. They checked me again at 1 and I was 7 cm so they gave me a shot of nubane for the pain. When they checked me again at 2 I was fully dilated and fully effaced so they called my doctor who got there at 2:30 and broke my water. My son was born 15 minutes later.
