We had chicken tacos...they were delicious. Fajitas would be good too!

Tacos are DS's favorite food and this thrills me because it's a good way to get vegetables and protein into him...

My LO rarely eats dinner so I try to give him fruits and veggies throughout the day.

Yeah mine's a grazer too. Lunch is usually his biggest meal. He's almost 4 now and kind of outgrowing his picky phase (he's learning that if he doesn't eat what we make, he goes hungry), but I've learned that he's still a lot more likely to eat something if it's a. in a tortilla or b. on a pizza.

Mine isn't very picky, just a morning eater. Today for breakfast he put away 1 1/2 LARGE pancakes, a sausage patty, a scrambled egg and a piece of bacon.

DH made beef stir fry the other night, that was delicious. You could just make it with chicken.
