I like the e. I'm not a huge fan of people dropping letters in names nowadays to spell them how they sound. Dae looks like its supposed to sound, like day, just like Mae sounds like may, Daemon...Its perfect the way it is IMO

All of this. I saw "demon" too at first glance.

But you know what, I named my son Dexter, and we got so many "serial killer" comments because of the show. But *shrugs* .... that's why we didn't share the idea till after he was born. We didn't want any outside influence.

I know what ya mean. I was very excited when I was able to call her Amberlen and not just "the baby". Thank You so much. Can't wait until little Daemon Aubrey makes his arrival next year...
