TTC baby #2 after tubes cleared

I tried for 6 years to get pregnant. Finally had a Laparoscopic hysteroscope and the doctor checked out my tubes in August 2010. My tubes were sluggish but did eventually clear after a dye was put through. I got BFP Sept 12, 2010. Recently started TTC again. Wonder if I will need to have surgery again or if clearing the tubes once was good enough. I was only about 2 years ago.
