OP: I've been drinking the RRLT for some tone lol   using my ball and sex and walking and....... Nada yet. Been having BH w/backspasms since yesterday morning but irregularly.... Though were not trying to induce.. just wanting some progression

Sex wasn't an option, but would have been my first choice.
