re: Child support & custody

i went to court for my son when he was a lil over a year old filed for custody and child suport. untill there is a cort order stating that you have custody of that child and say you let him have her a weekend and he dicideds he doesnt want to give her back he dont but he is also not on the birth certificate either so unless he fights the order in court then you dont have to worry about it i live with my parents and when i went to court i didnt have a job and he was working but i was granted full custody and he was given every other weekend visitation it all depends on you and that you are doing the best you can for your child if they could prove you unfit to care for that child which unless you are on drugs or neglecting the baby they really cant you have nothing to worry about

Yeah. The laws do vary from state to state.
