Yeah, it's unhealthy. It's amazing the difference. My Mom smoked outside or when we were not around, and I had constant ear infection. They were going to have to put tubes in, but she quit. I never had another ear infection.

Of course, my speech was all smurfed up because for the first few years I couldn't hear correctly due to the constant infections, so I had to do years of speech therapy to correct it.

Thus, my kids are no where around smokers, and they aren't in any homes where anyone smokes either. It's a HUGE deal to me, since I went through enough as a kid that happened because someone else decided smoking was more important than my health.
