If you are having symptoms then you need to contact your Dr or just go to L&D to get checked out. It is serious for both of you

Preeclampsia is very serious and can be life threatning for you anf your fetus, express your concerns to your ob asap.

Don't stress! If you do have it, it is much better to have your baby now rather then let it get worse and kill you or your baby. It will be okay. At least you're 38 weeks and not any earlier. Good luck mama!
