Say this happens to you....
You're heading into work & where you're trying to park an.SUV is taking up part of you're spot you're trying to squeeze into & hurry in to work & the woman is still in her SUV . So you go in clock on & then what youfind out is that women outside is the mother of a Co worker. Then that Co worker requests to speak to you so you agree. You're Co worker asks" what's you're problem?" " Are you having a bad day?" You reply "yes " she goes on to say "bc you were giving my mom looks that could kill I mean they were dirty." My mom said "if looks could kill" You reply "I didn't mean to I was trying to park & get into work" she, the Co worker continues with" but she's still a paying customer" you agree, and walk away. She stats "she's going to talk to the boss"
You make you're way to the bathroom to calm & regroup. Have a anxiety attack etc. so another Co worker #2 comes in to talk & calm you & while explaining yourself to #2.Co worker #1 comes back into the bathroom continuing with her mouth, & repeating she'll speak with boss. (she's also training for second assistant manager) Finally she leaves. You go back out & continue your job.
She obviously speaks with boss & she had talk with you .
So would you go about seeing this....

I know. But I didn't disrespect any one & it was honestly bc of "a look that could kill"
Like really? They know what i'm thinking from a look not to mention I want even on the clock. I told them I didn't feel It was made into nothing & didn't care to discuss anymore.

Do you work with five year olds? Who goes squealing to the boss like a tattle tale when you were having issues parking because of her inconsiderate mom? Her mom being smurffy at parking is so not your fault.
When you are not clocked in, you can throw whatever looks you want at her... it's off the clock. I mean, I know how it is when you're running late, and a smurffy driver makes your parking a nightmare...

Exactly how I felt/feel.

What did your boss say about it?
quoteposted 10th Nov
Forget about it. I would say if problems arise don't hesitate to report them. No assistant manager in training should ever intimidate coworkers. She sounds like a rotten bitch.

She just me down wanted my story & told me that I need to never disrespect customers & that if I was too upset & loud in bathroom, it was unprofessional (but none seen me in there &.another Co worker said I want that loud) I stayed in stall & that it had made no difference that it was a Co workers mother, who said " I was giving looks that could kill" and need to "put my face on everyday for work" which I explained I hadn't had a chance that day before being attacked.
