re: Are these safe?

What makes #1 unsafe? Just curious.

first one, No. those are not safe andmany have been recalled. The swaddle blankets-eh depends on who you ask. my hospital said not to swaddle because it restricts air flow. and the 3rd item NO! any after market item on your car seat is a no!

Good idea for using them in the stroller. I already have the other 2 things, that is why I was wondering if they are okay to use. I am paranoid already about her being safe and secure (waited for her for a long time), I don't want to do anything that could make her less safe.

I've never had that problem using them. I just push the shoulder cushions as high as they will go up & LO's buckle is always at her chest.

We love our swaddle blankets. Isaac is a nonstop mover. Literally can not sit still so regular blankets he rips off right away. He still gets his hands out of the swaddleme but it usually takes awhile. He was swaddled in the hospital and the first couple nights at home in a regular blanket but that was as long as that lasted lol

They swaddle them at the hospital though. Do you know if that particular one was recalled? How would I find out?

My LO was so small I couldn't push them all the way up and still get his chest clip at the right spot

swaddling is good and recommended but you have to make sure their limbs are bent and they have room to stretch out their legs or it can cause hip problems I guess.
