Well it's been a wonderful month with my baby girl. I forgot to update cause i've been so busy with her.
I went for a doctor's appointment on Tuesday the 9th of October, they wanted to make sure everything was fine with baby. I came to find out my fluids were low so they decided to have me induced that day. I was 2cm dilated when i got to the hospital, so my midwife decided to start me on cervidil she said she would check me again in 12 hours since she was sure that nothing was going to happen until then. Well they were very wrong! that night around 10pm i started getting contractions, oh my goodness where they a pain! Still the nurse did not want to check me, i believe she thought i was over exaggerating. So she gave me a sleeping pill to help me sleep. But that didn't work one bit! I started to feel as if something was coming out of me so i told her and she finally decided to check, it was the cervidil that had fallen out and i was now 6cm dilated! Yay i thought ready for my epidural, yeah i was wrong about that! They started to prepare for it when i felt the urge to push, so i started pushing! And the nurse checked me again and well i was 8cm already, to late for that epidural.. It was a mad house in there with the nurses rushing and my midwife no where to be seen cause she went home for the night. Lucky she got there just in time.
