Last night, my husband and I had sex--heat of the moment type of thing.
We didn't use any birth control.

I'll be five weeks postpartum on Wednesday.

How high are the chances of getting pregnant again just from that one time? I've heard you are more fertile three to five weeks after but I'm not sure?

chances are very high. if your not ready for another baby I would go get plan b asap. you can take it up to 72 hrs after unprotected sex.

I heard your super fertile right after. Im 4wk pp and dying to have sex with dh but we.don't have.condoms right now and I'm waiting for my 6wk appt to set up getting mirena put in so no sexy time for me  . good luck!

You're still extremely fertile right now OP. I'd get Plan B if you do not want to be pregnant again so soon.
