This is exactly true, they blame it on the kids when times get hard or stressful..

Oh no, the baby has never actually caused us to fight.. But tack on months of no sleep, thousands of dollars in hospital bills and lack of adult time because of the new change.. Life is bound to get stirred up. I just meant you haven't seen it all yet lol

I have to agree. From newborn to age 1, despite the lack of sleep and having a baby in our room with us, it wasn't the hardest time in our relationship. When my son turned 1 I started nannying so I was working again, in school full time, SO was working all the time, toddlers can be more demanding than newborns in some ways because they are mobile yet not independent enough to be left alone and are constantly getting into stuff, that age was harder on our relationship than the newborn stage. Now that our son is 3 its getting better again
