Fudge recipe

What is your favorite fudge recipe? What combinations do you like. I really like white chocolate and butterscotch. I also like to do a layer of white chocolate, a layer of thick caramel, and top it with chocolate fudge with chopped pecans pressed into it. (I let each layer of the 2nd set before I add the next one)
