I have a friend, female, who is interested in dating a guy the only thing is he is 15 she is 20. Now obviously she isn't about to have sex with him, but I can't find any laws in Idaho saying they can't date. I wanted to see if anyone could provide some more insite.   thanks!

Why would she want to date a 15 year old boy?

I would say don't do it plus why would a 20 year old want to date a 15 year old boy?

It will be considered statutory rape if they have sex. She needs to find someone her age,

He actually very mature if you looked at him you would think he was 18 t least I didnt know he was that young until she told me. Lol

That donest make him any less of a BOY. He is still a child and a women should have no business wanting to date a boy.

I know this 22 year old who really wants to date a 17 year old however he is holding off until she is 18 and legal.

  Agree. He is still in high school too, she should be in college. No matter how 'mature' he is (which I have never met a very mature 15 y/o boy) she needs to find someone her own age.
