posted 9th Nov
I buy chicken breasts every time I go grocery shopping but I have no idea what to do with them other than bbq chicken or shake n' bake. Suggestions?

The best thing I like to do is mixtogether butter, honey, and mustard in a bowl and pour it over the chicken breasts(in a glass baking pan).
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. Yummm!!!!
I also usually flip them over once or twice inbetween.

Another thing you can do is pick some yummy salad dressing flavors and marinate the chicken in it overnight, and then bake or grill it.

Mozerella, feta, spinach and one egg.

Stuff inside chicken breast. Season outside of the breast with salt/pepper/oregano etc.

put pasta sauce in bottom of baking pan. Put chicken in, top with sauce and cheese. Bake at 35 for 40-60 mins

( I forgot to season the outside that time. Make s aHUGE difference)

I made up a mushroom chicken sauce recipe.

Slice longways: red bell pepper, green bell pepper and onion. saute in butter until soft. add in chicken and saute with veggies. season as desired. once thoroughly cooked put in a can of cream of mushroom and a can of chicken broth and let it simmer until its a thick sauce. pour over rice.

super easy and delicious.
