They are kids. They were smurfing around. While it's sad that her friends died, she didn't mean for them too. It's not like she was drunk or high. You can't tell me you never did dangerous smurf at one point in your adolescent life. You best believe this girl will never live a normal life after this. I am sure she is suffering enough. It was a horrible accident that went way wrong.

actually while driving no cause when i first started both my parents said do anything stupid and we will make sure you spend the rest of your life in jail and knowing my parents its something they would have done...

Because she was charged with negligent homicide not murder. She didn't plan to kill anyone and she wasn't under the influence. Don't get me wrong, if it were MY child that had died I think I'd be screaming injustice but it would be from grief. Looking at it logically the ruling was fair IMO.
