I think this also. It's a horrible thing to say, but not actually illegal, since she never said she was planning to assassinate Obama. I doubt the SS will even look any further than just reading the post.

I wouldn't have been entirely thrilled had Mitt Romney won the election-but I wouldn't wish assassination on him. It's just not normal behavior.

I'd wish him the best and hope he made good decisions-and even though I wouldn't agree with him all the time, he'd have my respect---because that's what grown ups do.
