In public in undies...

posted 9th Nov
OK, so he's been doing good with NO accidents at home in undies. He still asks for a diaper to poop, but doesn't poop in public anyways so I'm not too worried about that. How do we go about undies in public without accidents and stuff? He doesn't wear pants at home when he's in undies...

Just go out. Take a change of clothes in case, and take him potty often.

Whenever you're at a store or somewhere that has a bathroom, I would just ask him every 10 minutes or so if he has to go. If he says know like a few times in a row, just take him anyways and have him try to go.

Eh it happens. If it does alert someone and offer to clean it.

Whenever DS had an accident at the mall it just covered his pants. Nothing went on the floor. And if he does happen to pee on the floor oh well. He is little.

I put DD in pants without underwear for a long time to have a feeling reminder that she wasn't in diapers anymore, and took a plastic bag and 2-3 changes of clothing with me when we left the house.
