Does your 3 year old nap?

Since a little after her first birthday, she has refused to nap.
She's even been kicked out of preschool because she refuse to nap  
Normal?

Nope. Stopped a little after two.

My DD didn't nap between 20ish months and 3, then started again. I love it. Now she's almost 4 and naps probably 4 days a week

Mine doesn't during the day but sometimes will right after supper or when we are in the car. She doesn't have like a scheduled nap time though. They don't even do nap time here at pre school.

He hasn't napped in like a year and a half, lol. He will fall asleep in the car sometimes, but that's it.

Nope, mine stopped a little after 2 years old. Although if we are travelling or out in teh vehicle she will fall asleep sometimes. Specially if its around 3ish or later.

My 3 1/2 yr old naps everyday for 2 hrs. I have had her on a strick nap schedule since she was about 6 months old. I now have my 11 month old napping regularly everyday too. We ALL(yes I'm a napper, don't judge, lol) nap together everyday.

Mine is almost 4 and she rarely naps... but I still get them sometimes! lol

Hahaha I wish. But our scedual is about to change with him starting preschool, so I'm crossing my fingers for an after school nap.

The little boy I babysit is 3 and still naps every day. Usually for between 2 and 2.5 hours.

Well, Zoe naps...sort of. If you call spazzing at me for 15 minutes after I put her down and then sleeping on and off for ten minutes at a time napping. Mostly I make it happen because she's an absolute crank if she doesn't...And Mom doesn't mind a bit of time not chasing her around the house.  

Rue still naps...She's 5 now, and she willingly goes down for an hour...She'll sleep forever if I let her curl up on the bed with me.

Basically, it's dependent on the child. Some kids are nappers, and some aren't. That's just my experience. How does she sleep at night?

man i wish mine would nap. it just got to hte point where it was a fight everyday. So i assumed she wasnt tired. and she isnt cranky at all so she must not have been. I think i was more so wanting her to nap for my own sanity haha

Butttt my mom is a preschool teacher and they dobt kick kids out for not napping.

I tried putting her in preschool a couple days a week when she was two, let them know she refuses to nap.. they said "we're very good with children, she'll be fine".. 3 hours later they called me asking to pick her up because she doesn't do well during nap time  . I haven't tried since then because every school we were looking at has nap time.. I'm not sure if her being three now would make a difference.. I should probably look back in to it.
