Adding profile picture

I have tried everything I can possibly think of to add a profile picture but it wont let me post from facebook or my computer.. Could you please help me out? Thank you

Copy DIRECT LINK/URL.

Edit profile.
Edit personal info.
Paste code into box next to display pic.
Check the box.
Update.

If you want to use your FB profile picture go to edit "my" profile on your home page. Then click the My Personal Info tab and there's a little box at the top you can click that says use my Facebook profile pic
