It's pronounced "eff-rum". It's an oldish name. It was my great grandfather's name which I didn't know until I picked it and my mom told me. So now unlike it even more! Lol
And thank you, Paul was my dh's hodfather's name. He was very close with him and he passed from esophageal cancer when I was 17 weeks along with our daughter. If she was a boy she would have been Paul.
