Haha I think my SO will be like uhh for what?! You still have time. I rather be safe then sorry as well.

Uhh my mom put it in her car while I was already at the hospital. I didn't bother to install it in my car until I had to take her to her first appt. Lol.

Ah I see. I guess that's technically what I did it my first. I didn't install the carseat in MY car until he was about a month old. Until then it was just in my mom's car. She went and bought it when I was in labor and put it in her car and that's where it stayed until I had to take him somewhere without her.

Yeah I took it out of her car when we came home. But it just sat in the corner for the next few days after that. Lol.

I put mine in right before we left for induction.
