Hold on.... so do you only have one ovary?..

I don't understand how they didn't pick that up via ultrasound?.. Crazy!

My US techs with both pregnancies & my MC always point out my ovaries/uterus etc and check everything.

I have both ovaries. One of them is just completely detached since there is no fallopian tube connecting it to the uterus.

Most people with Unicornuate Uterus have both ovaries.

I just found out on the 12th that I have this during surgery to remove a large cyst on my right ovary. I only have the left side of my uterus and the right ovary isn't attached. I also found out I don't have a right kidney about a month ago. Dr told me it will be very difficult to have a baby.
