re: Blood clot hemmroid....

I've had dip bad ones that didn't respond to any over the counter or prescription treatments including anusol. I had mine removed last July, healing was a bitch but you get through it and everything is better in the end. However, I would never do it while pregnant if that is something you're considering. Maybe for a couple of little ones but not thing substantial, you're just likely to get them back when pushing out a baby

I was thinking the same thing about when baby is born, but I haven't gotten them from pushing out my last two babies. I'm kinda hoping I don't get them any worst then but if I do, since, I'll have the epi anyway, do it right then and there. Lol all at once and be done with it.

You won't want to be dealing with that pain at the same time as recovering from the delivery pain. I don't want to scare you but it is probably the most difficult surgery to recover from. It takes at least 6 weeks to be able to take a dump without pain meds, you're often afraid to eat properly (not good when taking care of a newborn, especially if bfing), sometimes people will pass out from the pain of a bm in the first few weeks. Now combine all that with the pain of recovery from a vaginal delivery and it's like asking to be doused in a heavy dose of hell. And it's not entirely uncommon to have too much bleeding afterward and run the risk of needing another surgery to reinforce whichever areas are bleeding.

I am truly hoping they go away long before delivery and that my delivery for this baby goes as smooth as my last, except the the over 72 hour part of course. That was no fun.

I hope so too, I wouldn't wish that recovery on anyone.

Yeah but I was in so much pain there for a while that I couldn't really walk so at that point I wouldn't have cared if I had to go through that surgery I was that desperate. My husband claimed he knew what I was going through but once I had been to the doc and told him what kind of hemmroids they were, he took it back.

I understand, my doctor has been doing these surgeries for about 30 years and he said my internal hemorrhoids were about as bad as he's every seen, the external were just your normal "bad", my ass would bleed just from walking, I know your desperation, but trust me, the recovery from this will literally blow your mind as to the kind of pain you can imagine having to deal with. I was literally writhing in pain in the recovery room screaming at them through shreeks to give me more for the pain, it took lidocaine, 4 doses of morphine, 2 doses of fentynol, and two doses of demorol just make it manageable.....And it didn't get better for about 6 days. After that I was ok if not taking a dump but when doing that I'd have to have IM demoral before just to stop me from passing out from the pain. And I was considered a "normal" reaction to recovery.

Have you tired applying for des insurance if you don't make enough then it could help and even if you can't get food stamps or anything the insurance part counts the baby even of its not born yet. That could help a lot.

While pregnant the doctors won't touch the inside ones they said they would perfer not to do anything with them but for the ones on the outside are normally the more painful and noticeable ones they are easy to deal with, they don't take that long to heal the one they just did on friday is all better now.

Now they told me that I may have ones inside cause I also told him about when I go to the bathroom that the water would look like blood but when I'm pregnant it don't happen so he said after the baby is born and I'm ready to come in and we will take care of those.

But I have never had a problem with hemroids before also besides the bleeding when going to the bathroom, this was the first time I had one on the outside and it wasn't from me pushing to hard to go to the bathroom either. The only really thing that worked was the wipes but it just would help long enough to do something really fast and that was it.

I have applied for Medicaid, got denied, got referred to Chip but for some reason they are giving me the run around. They came up with some absolute nonsense that they want me to report now. For some dumb reason they want to know if I still have the $25 in my purse that I had when I applied. It's just dumb. They also want to know the wholesale value of my husband's work truck. Like really, it's 5 yrs old and has over 200,000 miles for goodness sake!!!!!!!

The ones that are on the inside, I couldn't care less about. The ones that are hanging out almost between my legs, yeah I hope they go away and never show up again. If they do I hope I have the money to get them removed.

The doctor said they would go away it just could take up to a two week period to go away and that the extra skin will allways be there, but it should go away.

And, also I don't see why des is giving you the run around az is not allowed to count the cars in anything, they can't even count the car payments to help out its considered a luxury they told us :/ really? But just keep trying I guess I know it helps alot.

Yeah I have to go into town and deal with it again. I am fixing to leave now and I hope and pray it goes through by the 26th. I have another appointment on the 27th and I simply don't have any money.

Oh, I hear you. Also just so you know if you have doctor bills that is up to 3 months ago they would cover them too. Hopefully you get it. It always sucks having to try and pay doctor bills and everything else we have to pay on a day to day basics.

You mean Chip pays back medical bills from this pregnancy? I'd love that!
