Thanksgiving Menu

I am making our menu for Thanksgiving and I feel like I am missing something, but can't put my finger on it. Here is what I have:

Turkey
Stuffing
Scalloped Potatoes
Brocoli Rice Casserole
Green Bean Casserole
Corn Dressing
Corn Bread Salad
Pea Salad
Sweet Potatoes
Cranberry Sauce
Rolls
4 Pies - 2 pumpkin, 1 apple, 1 cherry
Jello w/ Pineapple

What is everyone else having?

I am going to be on a diet... So I will eat lots of turkey, and veggies, and like a bite of everything else.

We usually have some pickles, green and black olives and cheese spread(in the little glass jars) in celery too. Other than that it is just about what you have. Maybe a mince meat pie. And some homemade baked beans.

What is corn dressing it sounds like it would be good?

deviled eggs. You are missing deviled eggs, that should be illegal.

Gravy.  

I make cream cheese covered in salsa and eat it with chips. Yum

I don't even know if there is really a recipe - it is something my mom has made as long as I can remember.

4 slices of bread torn into bite size pieces
1 can cream corn
1/2 stick butter with 1/2 chopped onion (I put them together in the microwave for about 3 minutes)
salt
pepper

Mix all the above together and throw it in a baking dish for about 20-25 min or until nice and bubbly and crusty on the top...it is so yummy!
