I wouldn't use a hammack. If you catch my drift.

Why not?.
It makes sense since it is similar to a swing, but a bed.. And seems like it would be comforting as it cradles and naturally rocks the baby.

Really? I knew about both when I was pregnant three years ago, but went the "traditional" way I guess you can say. But I was not a fan of the pack n play, IMO it was a waste of money and not very comfortable even after layering it with blankets.

Ha wow I had never heard of one till this morning. It just looks scary to be honestly..   I'm sure it's not but I just wouldn't use one. Lol my DD sleeps with me and we never used a bassinet and she hates her crib so I'm not sure. When she was smaller though she did like to nap in her swing.

I would buy one if I had the 400$ just to see if my daughter would sleep any better.

You can fall out of a hammack.

Lol you think the hammocks look scarier than cosleeping.? I was so afraid to co sleep, whenever we did I couldn't actually fall asleep because I was constantly conscious of where I was laying versus baby.

I use the rock and play sleeper for Brynn. The older girls slwpt in their cradle swing for almost the first year. Brynn LOVES her sleeper. It folds up flat too so easy to transport and weight limit is 25 lbs and it has straps so you can buckle them in when they start gwtting moble.

We are getting that one also, but plan on keeping it downstairs.
I wasn't sure how long the baby can stay in it also, can it be used for over night? That's good to know she loves it, I want the lamb one

Yeaj it can be used overnight. Its really sturdy. I tested it out by leaning ALL of my weight on just one side and bounced some and it didn't tip at all. I believe Brynn will be able to sleep in it until she hits the weight limit. (Which is helpful because we are living with the inlaws and she has to room in wiyh us anyways).
