I slept in a homemade hammock when I was an ittie bittie, then on a sheepskin next to mom and dad (yes my parents were hippies). I thought about one but it was pretty important to me to co-sleep. I am so happy we did because my newb has apnea and its so important for my breathing to regulate hers. We use a crib as a side car. Since drop side cribs are illegal to sell, you can find them free/cheap on CL and remove the side.

For some reason at felt like I saw that it could only be used for so long. I may be making that up though, I cannot remember.motherwise that is awesome to hear! We are definitely getting the lamb one, thank you

That is an awesome idea!! Our crib can do that because it is a four in one .. I really wish I would have thought about this with Grey instead of wasting money on a pack n play we only used in our room for six months.
I am just intrigued by the hammocks with the idea that it would help oth the fourth trimester.. The baby feeling the natural movement while being snuggled and secured inside the hammock. I'm not too sure about the arms reach one because it looks a little less natural with two attachments, but I brought this up because I found the Amby on CL for only $60!

I love the idea of hammock's to! If i had the disposable money i would so use one. But i also like just leaning over and feeding, rather than reaching to get them lol.

I e mailed the lady and the Amby is in excellent condition .. Zac said to wait until we're closer to dd BuT it really is an awesome deal! So I decided were movingext week, if it's still available then then it was just meant to be, right?
Wait, you just roll over and feed while Lo is still in the "crib"?
I had a hard time nursing while lying down with grey, I made everything so much more difficult then.. This time I would love to get baby, plop her on the boob and go back to sleep.. Is this even possible? I just felt so uncomfortable and didn't feel comfortable nursing in any other positions other than football and cradle
