what helps labor along

Was admitted into the hospital for labor but was sent.home the next day because i was laboring slow does anyone.have tips to help labor along? My contractions have been every 8 mins

You've got a while left.
I would try to relax and get some rest.

Resting is.hard when they are coming every.8 .. The doctor don't think i eill make it until this weekend. But i am on no sleep due to.the.contractio

Don't rest !! If your able to get IP and walk out them contractions do some squats I went from 3 to 5 in an hour walking at the hospital then they admitted me. I squatted alot too.

Take a warm bath and some Tylenol.
I know it sucks to have irregular contractions for a long time.
But it's best not to try anything to help labor at this point.
You do have a little over 4 weeks left.

My midwives suggested that during early labour if it was possible, to take a drowsy form of gravol to help me sleep. Even if you are only able to sleep between contractions it will help.
