Sore vagina.. TMI

Last night after I had a shower, my vagina just randomly started getting sore, not itchy or burny in any way, just like a throbbing sort of pain, and now it is a bit swollen and red and sore.
Throughout today it has gotten a little more sore and has started to get itchy even.
I've never had thrush before so I'm not sure if it is that, or if it is just getting swollen and sore from pregnancy and blood circulation.
It also isn't soap or body wash from the shower because I'm always careful about how I wash myself and I use Femfresh for that.
Does anyone have any advice or an idea as to what could be happening?

Yeast infection. Does your wash balance your ( minds drawing a blank right now, i'm tired lol ) ph levels i think its called?

It I'd supposed to.
Geez, is it something you go to the doctors about?
Does he have to check it out or will it go away on it's own?

i had yeast infection like symptoms that eventually when away on its own. but being pregnant youre more prone to getting them
you can ask your doctor, or you can use yeast infection creams and stuff to help. i know how annoying it can be   just dont use anything other than wash that is made for your vagina, that really helped me
