clicking when breathing?

So Aria is 10 weeks and today started getting a cold, she's really fussy, having a hard time eating and sleeping   I feel bad, she's so stuffy but wants to keep eating then gets frustrated again. Anyway she finally fell asleep and she isn't really wheezing but when she breathes I hear just one click, I'm not sure what it is. Is this normal? Also her chest feels a little rattley if I put my hand on it.

Should I call the pedi tomorrow? She doesn't have a fever really, just 99.5.

Is it in her throat? Could be congestion.

She sounds like she's congested. I'd call her pedi to see what you can do for her

Get a nose sucker and use saline solution(I use the hydra sense newborn/infant nose sucker). Not the bulb it doesn't really do anything.

I'm pretty sure it is congestion, we have a nose bulb thing and saline. We've been using that but doesn't seem to help much   when the pedi opens soon I'll call. I'm also gonna take her temp once more so I can see if we're still okay there. She's coughing and sneezing a lot so sleeping is tough.
