Blood clot after birth

It's been a week since I had my daughter and I was wondering if it was normal to pass a blood clot that's about the size of a golf ball maybe a little bigger

I was told to go in if that happened.

That's about the top end of what they call normal, maybe call and ask what they think of it at L& D or nurses line. I had ones the size of my fist with my first and for me that was "normal"

They told me no bigger than a walnut...my son is almost a week old too

If I remember right Golf ball size is okay, it is when you have clot the size of a lemon that you should worry. I may be wrong though.
