Fasting blood work

Can I drink anything? I am getting blood work tomorrow and have to fast for 10 hours. I get extreme thirst I hope I can drink! I guess most people get the blood work at 37 ish weeks. Anyone know?

I think all doctors are different. I was told not to even drink water...but i did anyways lol

you can have a few sips of water.
