Every kid in my family got whooped, and I have black cousins, Hispanic cousins, and a whole lotta' in between.

Black peoplee tend to be off a lower socio-economic status therefore less money and.lower levels of education..there's a correlation between lower socio-economic status and physical punishment for children..i think alot of people are.Just uneducated on its negative side effects..and culturally black people raise their kids with a "tough" mind set..if that makes any sense
