new born cloth diapers...

i want to order 15 from the alva baby site but wasnt sure if there too good since they dont have many reviews....
would you recommend them? if so what kind snap or velcro?

I love alva baby diapers and i used snaps, i dont like velcro period my dog shed's so they would go bad faster.

I've heard nothing but good about Alva baby and I'm in like a hundred groups on FB (I have a problem, lol)

I would use velcro for newborn since they don't stay in them long enough for the applix to go bad and it's easier to get a perfect fit on a difficult to size baby (at that age it can be hard to get a perfect fit). Personally my fav newborn dipes were preemie prefolds and bummis covers, and lil joeys for when we went out.

I haven't tried the newborns, but I love the OS.

I would do velcro. It doesn't last as long, but you don't use them long so I wouldn't worry about it. You get a better fit with velcro.

I even emailed them to see if they could fix the problem but I never got a response back. If it does happen to you order kawaii diapers. They are almost as cheap and from what I hear, just as good.

However if you are looking specifically for newborn diapers I font think they make them. If you keep looking around on that site you will see that you can buy in bulk. I bought 12 diapers with 24 inserts for $73. That's pretty good.
