holy crap!

I couldnt believe my eyes....i stepped on the scales when i got to my parents house and it said that ive lost 12 more pounds since saturday. This totally took me by surprise because ive done absolutely nothing other than take care of LO this past week. I seriously had prepared myself to see a plus five pounds when i stepped on the scale. I can not even begin to express how happy i am right now. This means that im down 40 pounds since i found out that i was pregnant! Im 2 weeks pp and i absolutely cannot wait until im cleared to exercise (had a csection).. i apologize for any grammar and spelling errors. Using mobile for the first time lol

If your losing weight quick without doing anything just be careful where you had the diabetes you are more at risk to get graves disease (thyroid condition) post pregnancy I was dropping weight like crazy after my son and was doing nothing and I never thought much about it till I went to the ER with my pulse at 130 and was diagnosed. I would talk with your doctor just to be safe.

Yeah ive heard of this...only 24 of that 40 pounds has been lost pp. I figure thats around a normal amount of weight to lose after giving birth so im not too worried about it yet

I went from 154 to 133 in 4 months which was only 22 pounds and had it. It all depends on how fast you are losing it. If you are not doing anything to shed the weight and are dropping weight quickly I would mention it to your doctor trust me it's better to catch it early
