I know!! He makes decent money, and at the end of the month he's left with a little over 200 to pay bills. He's going back to court sometime next month to try and lower it.

I only wrote him maybe two or three checks when I was still living at home when I was first receiving checks..I guess I was trying to help him out..I have thought about this exact thing and it scared me so I stopped...

He will probably get it reduced. Ive never seen anyone get that much. Ive seen like 40%...I think thats what I get...well what Im supposed to get since Im not getting any.
I know with unemployment (if he gets it) Ill get up to 50% of it

Does he pay a lot because he has several children?

That's his problem. Don't feel guilty. Now if you kept going back to court for more and more, and buying crack instead of food, different story. But you're not. You're providing for your children and he, as a father, should help you out.

He's USING you. Don't let him do that. If he doesnt agree with what he has to pay then he can take you back to court. Its not your problem to worry about his bills and anyone who is trying to tell you that is being ridiculous.

You just keep living your life and taking care of you child. Let him worry about paying his own bills.

it shows she has feelings. It's better than moms who blow it on iphones, designer purses, and other things. Yea she shouldn't feel that way, but she is no way stupid.
