They make deep fryers, and every year we have thanksgibing in texas and some family brings a deep fried turkey. Its well seasoned and the outside is crispy, the inside is soooo juicy. Also, my mil injects her turkeys with different things, then lets them marinate for a day, then cooks it in the oven.
